Twitter Highlights How Brands Can Tap Into Discussion Around Live Events with Event Targeting

In July this year, Twitter introduced a new ‘event targeting’ capacity within Twitter ads, which aimed to help brands capitalize on Twitter’s strength in live event coverage. The system is very easy to use – Twitter provides advertisers with a calendar of major events, each of which they can click on and get insights about the Twitter audience that engaged with it, including audience demographics and reach stats.
